Although it is a possibility, it seems a bit unrealistic to me.
I have a entirely new computer and it is a really good one. I never had this kind of problem and it seems a bit weird that I can't record 4 seconds of text but can play Crysis on Very High while making stuff with Photoshop CS4....

Delay before being able to record
When I want to record something with Audacity, I push the Record-button and it doesn't do anything. The small vertical line that says where it will start recording will just flicker really fast and when you're lucky it will start recording in a minute. You have to keep looking at it to record someth...
