Thanks, that worked but isn't that just a way around the error message. How do I actually fix the problem? Is it a software problem or is something wrong with the turntable because the product is new and if it is the turntable I would like to get it replaced. Once again, thanks for all your assistan...

I found the audacity temp folder and it has no contents. On the bottom of Audacity it says I have over 130 hours left and my hard drive has lots of space left (over 50 GB).
