Update: I determined that most menu items except submenu items can be assigned a shortcut via OSX System Preferences, specifically the Keyboard & Mouse preferences pane. Creating Keyboard Shortcuts - Can't Find XML File
I'm using Audacity 1.2.6 on Mac running OS 10.5.5. I would like to know whether keyboard shortcuts can trigger installed plugins (e.g. LADSPA). Furthermore, I can't seem to find Audacity-keys.xml. The Audacity 1.2 manual says it should be installed in the same directory as Audacity, but Finder won't...
