Sucess!! I stuck with version 1.2.6 and re-recorded from the USB turntable. Now multiple export using labels works fine. I had previously tried using the recording made with 1.2.4 which looked OK on screen. However.... I now cannot insert or use the letter z in a label.

I have just read this again, I did read it before posting the query in the first place and could not see that I had done anything differently to that stated and I still cannot. Maybe I will try v1.3.

Thanks for prompt reply. However, I have uninstalled 1.2.4 and downloaded 1.2.6 and still the multiple export produces an unknown file type of zero bytes. Any other suggestions??

I have Audacity 1.2.4 supplied with a ION usb turntable. I have added labels to my track and then export using multiple export. It all looks as if it is working and says it has exported the correct number of files. However when I examine the files it has only created one file of zero bytes and it is...
