I had the same problem but deleting those folders thinking it was going to create again and install audacity back but did not show those folders

accidentally change the location of temporary files for the session and so the program does not open, I get a notification window that says the program does not find the crapeta or location of temporary files and that the change in the configuration menu, but the program does not open. try uninstal...
