I also tried uninstalling audacity, and cleaning the registry. Still 90% on the right side.

No, I'm just exporting the whole project. Nothing muted.

I have been having trouble exporting files as Mp3. The sound is unbalanced between channels, and I have to change the balance setting on winamp to 90% left of center.
