When trying to enter labels, I found that I could not type the J key. It was eaten by the part of the window that did something else. Other keys would work. I know that it doesn't always happen. I had about a dozen tracks and only some of them showed this behaviour. After dragging the bottom of the track I was able to open the ones that stuck, but others were stuck with the button. So button is the problem. Dragging the bottom seems to work.

Looks like track collapse can't be uncollapsed.
After you collapse a track using the arrow at the bottom of the track control area, the track cannot be expanded.
