Thanks. The issue was as Gale had identified. Apparently I had the pause button on so it would not trim. Everything works per the tutorial as pertains to this so thanks. I have another question but will make a seperate post.

Trim Tool Is Grayed Out
I am a first time user and downloaded v1.3 as my PC runs Win7. I imported and MP3 with no problems and was able to select a start and end in the track that I want to save. When I go to Edit>Trim, the Trim tool is grayed out. I'd appreciate any help here. I checked the forums but didn't see this issu...
