I have a recording of commentary but at some points the voice talent breathed slightly into the mic so there's a bit of fuzziness over some of the words. Is there an easy fix?

Hello, I'm new to Audacity. I have several tracks that are all recorded in sequence as they should be however the last track recorded (titled Track 1) needs to be moved ahead of all the others.
