I am trying to record a track playing on a website, but am unable to hear it properly. Not a clue about how it's connected. As for the bit about MP3, finally it works, it never before had export as anything other than greyed out and I couldn't use it.

Basically when recording there is a lot of hiss and virutally no sound, have changed to stereo mix and also changed the system settings to stereo mix.
