I got it ! finally ! as suspected the mp3 file might be corrupted. so i downloaded the same song from another source (also mp3 format) and it works ! but the voice is not 100% removed. I went into :

and then i followed the instructions but :

1. Audacity doesn't recog my file (.mp3)
2. i changed my format to .wav but still doesn't help.

What should i do ?
