That did it, seems simple now. You guys are great. Here's where I'm exporting to I left the temp files destination alone for now, seems to be working. At least now, I'll know how to approach similar problems.Many Thanks

Sent log file (as far as I know). I enabled "show hidden files and folders" but cannot find audacity.cfg anywhere.

Using Windows 7 64 bit, always used sp1 with audacity. Don't see any option to save log. Don't understand "code" button

Just for fun I re-downloaded Audacity, saved it to a new file, tried to export multiple and got the same results.

Windows 7 - c:usersnamedocumentsfolder namename 1.wav Names consisted of numbers and letters only. I tried to re-export (multiple) a project I did successfully a couple of days ago and it also would not go past the 1st label. I was, however, able to do an export only on this project. Thanks
