If you post what the required format is it will be easier to give you the necessary steps.
I would like the output file to be 22kHz 16-bit .WAV file.

.WAV file format not correct
Hi All! I have a .WAV file that I want to play on an Android device. The file is in stereo and to play it on Android I need to split the two channels into two different files and reduce the sampling rate and bit depth. Splitting the channels is no problem. I then delete one channel leaving it design...
