That is good idea, but what if I want to make the length of recording same or very similar like the original?

Because I want to use my 'modified' voice for one already made video and if I speed up I missing some seconds of recording at the end

I'm using Audycity for a while now for some things but I'm wondering if there is some filter to make my own voice sounds like something from cartoons?

I would be very happy if someone could help me.
