Audacity Forum

I just downloaded this program, and I'm having the same problem. Somehow, though, the program still opens, it just won't let me use anything in the 'effects' tab, and probably other stuff that I haven't discovered yet... How do you open a program in compatibility mode? I wanna see if that works. Tha...
