I just tried recording again. I think I recorded successfully (did not make loud noise) but when I tried playback there was no sound again. I had the volume all the way up on the computer but nothing.
Thanks again,
Pamela

Re: Remove background noise
Ok I have the output speakers set and volume all the way up. When I record I got a solid blue line with a loud buzz. The green light that goes up and down was solid as well.
Thanks for your help

Re: Remove background noise
I set the output sound to speakers and the loudest setting. When I went to record I had a solid loud noise and the green recording lines were all the way to the right for the whole recording.

Re: Remove background noise
Hi,
I made all the setting changes. I seem to be recording. When I try to play back I still do not hear any sound.
I am not sure what I did because when I first starting recording a couple weeks ago I heard the recording plus all the background noise.
thanks again for all your help,
Pamela

Re: Remove background noise
I think I may be recording correctly but cannot check because no sound when try to play back. If I disconnect at the usb port it tells me that there is an error and I need to check the input sound level and project sample rate(?).
