Audacity 1.3.13 Won't Open Using Vista Home Premium 32b
Please Help! Been trying to use the recommended 1.3.13 Beta for Vista Home Premium 32-bit but the program just will not open. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and removed older version (1.2) but it doesn't work. I am so frustrated. Microsoft is no help here. In fact they seem to not care at all about...
