hi, i have windows 7 and am trying to DL Lame v3.98.3 for Audacity on Windows.exe. i have tried several places to DL it. I left click on the link and the Run Save Cancel DL box opens. I click save to the intended directory but then nothing happens. it sits at 0% downloaded as if stuck. Has anyone se...
