I just started using Audacity a few hours ago and know I'm going to like it. But how do I delete my test recordings. In the manual I read, "Click on Edit>Undo Recording to remove the test recording." I found the Undo button but not the one I want. Where is it hidden?

I have the Windows 7 OS with Sound Recorder. I can't drag the music I recorded on this program because of the format. So I would like to record music using my CAD U37 USB mic, and I would like to record it directly to the Audacity program. My problem is that I don't know how to configure Audacity so...
