How do I put two or three songs together?

I now have three songs that I have edited and filed away. I want to have these songs played in sequence when I put them on an audio CD - "Concatenating two songs" - as it says in the manual. I still can't find any button to undo a test recording or any recording I don't want to keep. The "Undo" button doesn't do this job. It would be neat to delete something fast with one click. I can't find "Undo Recording"

I just started using Audacity a few hours ago and know I'm going to like it. But how do I delete my test recordings. In the manual I read, "Click on Edit>Undo Recording to remove the test recording." I found the Undo button but not the one I want. Where is it hidden?
