I cannot click on the stop button because it is greyed out. This is what my procedure was when I ran into the problem: 1. Followed instructions for LAME. 2. In Audacity, I clicked on "Import > MIDI". 3. I selected the midi to convert to MP3. It is on the desktop. 4. The file is loaded into...

Thanks for the reply. I believe I am already in pause mode, since I can't even click on the Stop button. Could my exporting problems be related to my sound card?
