I think I fixed it with a labeled region. I'm not sure if this is the only way or the best way to do it, so I would welcome any comments.

I seem to be having a problem I don't recall seeing before. I am trying to edit a track to "glue" two pieces of audio togther that were broken apart, by what I believe was a radio station call sign interruption.
