I split a .wma file into several smaller portions. I then clicked export multiple and stuff and a pop-up read '0 files exported'. How do I split and then export .wma files, using Audacity 1.2.6 with Windows 7?

I got mp3 Lame Encoder and Edit->Split a single track into two tracks.
