I dont have sound at all, I replaced the sound card, when I open the device manager I see my soundcard, but when I open audacity under the preferences there is no device detected hence no recording device. Just wondering if I missed something in between the change of sound card or installation of dr...

ok, so I downloaded 1.3 beta for XP, im running it on dell dimension 4600, got a creative SB live sound card, installed drivers yet when I go to audio on my pc there was no sound card detected, but when I go to device manager it shows my SB live soundcard.
