distorted file
I've recorded something off the internet, I've saved it as an ogg vorbis file, however whenever I open it up again using audacity it sounds very distorted.

Is anything showing up on the record or Playback meters? Any error messages? Have you perhaps inadvertently changed the default sample rate ("Edit > Preferences > Quality") No there's nothing showing on the record/playback meters. At fiirst when I pressed record it said can't find device....

I have a althesis mixer linked from my computer speaker plug to one channel on the mixer IN wich all the computer's output is played (music e.t.c).
