WOW! Thank you so much for the help!!! it worked however it it won't let me change the volume of individual tracks from the settings on the left of each track. I'm sure I can find some other way around it.

Ok, so I completed an ENTIRE song, literally was just about done tweaking the levels, when I was trying to zoom out by pressing ctrl+mouse scroll up. I guess I went too far out and everything went blank. I could not get it back no matter which way I scrolled. I closed it out and of course it autosav...
