Re: Friendly Keys To Select The Rest Of The Left Side Of Audio Or The Rest Of The Right Side Of Audio

Thank you for telling me the friendly keys, that make the rest of the left or the rest of the right. I'm glad that Audacity does already have these friendly keys. I didn't know about the shortcut keys of Shift J and Shift K, now I do. Thank you so much.

Fade Removal

Add a feature that changes the fading audio into a normal play through audio without fading it. One for the Fade In Removal and one for the Fade Out Removal.

How do you make a music track sound better that had to use a microphone to record from the speakers?

I am using Audacity version 2.0.6 on a Windows 7 computer and a Windows 10 computer. How do you make an indirect recording music track sound like a direct recording that had to use a microphone to record from the speakers? I want the recording to sound like it did not have to use a microphone to rec...

Re: Recording Stereo Mix from my computer sounds horrible.

Thanks. I'll give the WASAP Loop Back a try. I don't know if my Windows 10 lab top really has a good sound card or not. The Sony Vio computer sure did have a good sound card. Hopefully I can get around this trying the WASAP Loop Back, or try adding more Bass and Treble to the song without distorting...

Recording Stereo Mix from my computer sounds horrible.

I am using Windows 10 and using Audacity 2.0.6. Whenever I record sounds and music from my Windows 10 computer using Stereo Mix, it sounds horrible to me. It sounds like that there is a lot of treble and hardly no bass. My Sony Vio computer, that uses Windows XP, could record a lot better, using the...

Re: How do you do a slowing down audio that slides?

Thanks. I found out that the effect was called Pitch Bender. I will try out the Record Warp effect and the Sliding Time Scale/Pitch Shift effect. Thank you so much.

How do you do a slowing down audio that slides?

I use Windows XP and Windows 10 on separate computers. I use Audacity 2.0.6. How do you do a slowing down audio pitch, that slides of where you can hear the audio slow down bit by bit in Audacity? Here are some song examples: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8CQjcJbVCg (Listen at 5:24) https://www.y...
