"...under Mixer Tab, I selected "Realtek HDA Primary Input" and "Realtek HD Audio output".
I've got driver 5.10.0.5480
But under mixer the only option is Realtek Audio HD Input... There's no Realtek HDA Primary Input. What Realtek driver are you using please?
