The issue is that the "Apply Chain" process works fine on one computer, just not on the other, which gives the "not recognised" message. I can't understand why it works fine on one and not the other.

I have installed the FFMpeg software, and still have the same issue, trying to open a vox file using Audacity results in a message saying that Audacity doesn't recognise files of type VOX

I have Audacity installed on one computer, and use the "Apply Chain" to convert from VOX to MP3 format. However I have installed 1.3 on a new computer and the lame.dll, however when I try to Apply Chain and select the VOX files, Audacity now says that VOX is an unrecognised file format and...
