Audacity Forum

Hey, I know this is a basic problem that a lot of people have but the wiki page doesn't give me the information that I need. My mixer toolbar is blanked out where I should be able to choose the input source. I really need it and it is driving me insane. Any ideas from anybody? The wiki ariticle does...
