This is on a new Sony Vaio, Windows 7, Intel I5 processor, 4GB RAM I installed 1.3.12 and booted right after installation. Program launched fine, and worked fine. Closed program, returned 1 week later. Double click to launch, and nothing happens. I waited a few minutes, double clicked again, and get...
