Audacity Forum

Hi All, I have a new PC with Windows 7 and 64 bit. I downloaded Audacity 1.3.X but when I went to set Preferences it hangs up saying the program "Stopped Working". So I have to close it... How Can I fix this ? Also Which audio do I use ? ie What is the best audio - MME High Def or IDT High...
