The Windows XP does not have the MS Word installed, which apparently has the microphone option. So I was advised to install Audacity.

Microphone PA System
Hi
What settings do I use to get to use a microphone (no recording) with output from computer speakers. Have tried different ways but no luck. Can get the microphone showing the graph ok but no speaker working.
