I followed directions and I tried both line out 2i2 and stereo mix for recording and neither work.

I'm having this problem too, what do you mean by pulling them out. like removing plugins from my "components" folder?

using Lion 10.7 on Macbook Pro late 2011

tried 1.2 and 1.3. newest update of snow leopard, macbook pro. audacity sees the apogee duet. but when i play any sound on my mac, audacity doesn't pick up anything...the monitor reads 0 db's.....when i say "read" i mean i can pick it from the drop down menus for audacity's recording and playing
