Bien cordialement.

Et maintenant la même question en Anglais:

Gain problem, level when recording a vinyl record

I am new user with Audacity.

My goal is to numerize my vinyl records with Audacity.

So I connected my vinyle deck to my computer with the corresponding USB cable.

I started recording.

When I read the converted file in .wav or .mp3 format, the microphone and loudspeaker symbol is at the maximum in the software interface but the sound is weak.

How to increase gain at input and therefore have a stronger output sound after recording?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards.

I have the same problem, I bought a USB adapter with 2 sinch
I connect my “TECHNICS” (turntable) on
there is a recording but the level is horribly weak
