Désactiver haut-parleurs, streaming recording

Bonjour,

If you can read English, http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/tutorial_recording_computer_playback_on_windows.html should answer all your questions. Windows WASAPI (loopback) is usually the best recording device to choose, and might let you record without hearing the sound without taking any special actions.

If not, put some headphones in the speakers port and don’t listen to the headphones.

Please see the pink panel at the top of the page for our support policy in French language.

Thanks a lot @Gale Andrews, that exactly what i’m looking for !

Sorry for the french post but i’m not as good to explain my issue in english.

If somebody when to know how to process in order to make the recording level independante to the play level, just select “Windows WASAPI” and a “loopback” sound device.

I am glad it worked for you. For most people it works like that, but it is dependent on the sound card and its drivers as to what the exact behaviour is.
