Clicking problem in audio.

I am new to Audacity and I am having some issues where there is what sounds like clicking in my audio. I cannot tell if it is a microphone issue, or an audio issue. I have tried using the Noise Reduction effect as well as the Click Removal effect. We are using a Blue Yeti microphone along with a pop filter.

I’m not sure if this is something that can be fixed post production, or not, but maybe if you have any advice going forward?

Thank you in advance for your help!

There maybe an adjustment you can do during recording to clear that. If you already tried the vinyl pop and click tools on the existing show, then I don’t know that I have anymore ideas.

I found the errors (attached). The blue waves (greatly magnified) are never supposed to have sharp, straight jags like that. That’s an actual data error. If I had to guess, I’d say the system can’t keep up. Do you have a lot of things running in the background or do you leave Skype running?

Try the buffer settings suggestion in those postings.
