Not exactly an Audacity problem but a problem any audacity podcaster could run into.
I have a corrupt Mac CALL RECORDER .mov file. (I can’t open it with audacity, can’t even open it with VLC!)
Can anyone suggest a software that might help me get my interview out of the CALL RECORDER .mov? (I’m 30+ hours waiting to hear back from their support staff)

Did this ever happen before? How many interviews have you done like this? How did it get corrupted? Batteries go flat?
Are you on a Mac? The same Mac that made the show?
Can you post the movie file somewhere we can get to it like Dropbox or equivalent? The forum will not accept large files.

Audacity needs the FFMpeg software installed to open videos. Did you do that?
