I hope someone can help - I am trying to create a backing track comprising several tracks. I understand how to do that but two of the tracks that come from CD’s are recorded at different volumes - how do I change the volumes so that they are the same?
Import both tracks (they appear one above the other).
Align them end to end, but keep them on separate tracks.
Caution: If you boost the level of either track, it can cause the audio to play back distorted, so usually it is a matter of reducing the level of the loud track rather than boosting the level of the quiet track.
