hi everyone,
I have a long speech file (60-90 minutes) and the speaker stops for long from time to time, how can I automatically make the time intervals equal.
I won't be able to do it manually because the file has more that 100 stops
can anyone help?

If the recording is sufficiently quiet when the speaker stops speaking, then you can use the "Truncate Silence" effect: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/trun ... lence.html
If there is noise throughout the parts where the speaker is not speaking, then I'm not aware of any alternative to manual editing.
