I used Audacity for one project back in 2009. Sure has improved and will help me digitize some LPs that are no longer available as CDs.

I would like an offline manual on my iPad Pro though. Might be too early in the morning but can’t seem to figure out how to do this. Any hints would be appreciated.

The help pages are the best that I have seen anywhere and have quickly refreshed forgotten stuff and taught me new stuff.

An off-line manual is included in the ".EXE" version of Audacity (available here: https://www.audacityteam.org/download/)
The off-line manual is html based, and still uses the default web browser for display, but does not require Internet access (except for occasional external links).

A PDF format version is being developed, but at over 500 pages (including color images), you probably would not want to print it.
