Has action of the "Mute" "Solo" buttons been changed ?

It was possible to toggle between two tracks, (an A-B comparison thing), by repeatedly clicking on the same "Solo" button.
Now it's as if the logic governing the action of the "Mute" &"Solo" buttons has been changed, so I have to move the cursor back & forth over different solo buttons make each comparison , whereas previously the cursor stayed over one solo button and I just kept pressing the mouse button to toggle between the two tracks , (e.g. I could toggle with my eyes shut to concentrate on the sound. Now that's not possible).

Maybe the new arrangement is more logical, but it's less practical from my perspective.

You mean by setting one track to Mute, and then toggling the Solo button for that track?
You can still do that, but the default setting has changed.

Yes.

That's fixed it. I can go back to closing my eyes now. Thanks Steve.
