I want to create a tone of 70db, 2000HZ for my psychology experiment. I am wondering which value I should put in the Amplitude (0-1) to control the loudness.

There is no way to control how loudly a file will play. Even a “quiet” audio file will sound loud if I play it via a big amplifier with the volume turned up high. Similarly a “loud” track will sound quiet if I turn down the playback volume.
To play a sound at a specified loudness, you would need a “Sound Pressure Level” meter (“SPL meter”), and adjust the playback volume of your audio playback system.
