So my laptop decided to restart itself when i was busy doing something so i didnt save the file I recorded on audacity. came back laptop was shut down so turned it on, clicked on audacity it said do you want to recover projects and I clicked recover then nothing came up, no recording was there, ive attached a screen shot and also screen shot of mac system.
I really need this audio back its important, is there any way to get it back??

Restarting a Mac is pretty serious. Do you know why it dumped?
That was a multi-track edited production, right?
What’s the little square with black arrow in the upper right? Is that your iCloud connection?

I dont know what happened to it and yeah it is a multi track production, the little box arrow thing is airplay
Most of the graceful shutdown processes such as running out of battery, warn you and then preserve your work as it goes. Audacity tried to play the temporary work and there wasn’t anything there.
That means something really naughty happened.
We should wait for one of the senior elves.
