Import audio from Android phone file. LARGE FILE

I need to import a Large file of ONE (1) hour of audio recorded from the Voice Recorder of my Android phone - TO the Audacity audio editor. How do I accomplish this ?

Audacity can’t help you copy a file from your phone to your computer, but once it is on your computer, if it is in a supported audio format, you can import it into Audacity with:
“File menu > Import > Audio…”
