Disabled plug-ins from 2.1.3

In the screen-cap below, I’ve clicked the `Show: Disabled´ mode and see a bunch of 2.1.3 functions that I don’t believe are on the HD anymore. Is that possible?

Please advise on what’s going on and what to do about it. Running 2.2.1 now.
