Oh my gosh … this is driving me crazy.
For the past three years, I’ve been using an older version of Audacity on my older laptop. The fan is going, so I’ve been forced to turn to my new laptop for recording, and downloaded the latest version. Well, it’s driving me crazy. When I push the space bar for playback, for whatever reason, the first tap does nothing, and the next two taps prompts it to play, but first with no sound, and then with delayed, so then I have to tap it again for it to play it correctly. Do I need to change a setting somewhere???
