I have a recording sent by someone reporting animal abuse/killing of an animal. The person says there’s yelling, animal crying, banging noises, etc. on recording, however, because of the locusts, you cannot discern the other noises in the recording. I am not a techy-type person, can anyone help me? We need evidence of the abuse.
