Downloaded audacity 2.1.3 portable.
Downloaded ffmpeg 3.3.2 shareable, both 32bit and 64bit, portable, from http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/
Got ffmpeg link from https://www.videohelp.com/software/ffmpeg “view developers site”.
Went into Audacity → Edit → Preferences → Libraries and clicked ‘Locate’ for the ffmpeg library avformat-57.dll;
Navigated to my location and selected it, but it did not work.
Tried both 32bit and 64bit.
Does Audacity require v55 ie avformat-55.dll?
If so, the oldest version at zeranoe.com is v3.2 and it has avformat-57.
