take voice out of a file mp3 with noise

I have a mp3 file that has a noise of a computer working and because i need to listen to a talk i can i do.

If it steady noise like a fan, use Noise Reduction.

thank you gale, but i tried and didnt worked, is it possible to someone that i can send the file to help.

You can attach an audio sample. It needs to have some section containing only noise, and another section containing noise and voice. The maximum attachment size is 2 MB. If your file is too large, export a section as WAV and attach that. Don’t export as MP3.
