I just started using Audigy. I have version 2.0.2 and I’m running it on Windows 7 (64 bit). When I play back streaming audio I recorded using Audigy, some parts of the audio recording play back loudly, some very softly. It doesn’t happen all the way through, just intermittently. Any suggestions?
Do the loud and soft parts seem to line up with the show? Like every time Fred speaks it’s too low and every time there’s music it’s too high? Or does the show go up and down and there doesn’t seem to be any reason?

When listening to music, when the strongest audio signal (usually the vocals) dies down, it’s almost as though someone turned the volume down on the whole song. The opposite is true - when the vocal intensity increases - so does the whole song. I know the original songs do not sound that way. It seems to be consistent regardless of the song.
